2. ACCÈS SÉCURISÉ : entrez le nom d’usager "sidim" et le mot de passe "2010"


3. ANNEXE 1
   
   
   • FORMULAIRES OBLIGATOIRES : tous les formulaires s’y retrouvant doivent être complétés avant les dates limite ;
   
   
   • MANUEL DE L’EXPOSANT : contient les renseignements relatifs au montage, aux procédures et aux règlements, ainsi que le programme de promotion qui vous permettra de publiciser votre stand au SIDIM ;
   
   
   • CARTES D’ACCRÉDITATION (COCARDES OU « BADGES ») POUR LE PERSONNEL QUI TRAVAILLERA À VOTRE STAND : Voici votre code ID qui vous sera demandé : [MEMBER]
   
   
4. MONTAGE:
   
   
   • exposants clé en main : fin avril, vous recevrez un appel de Karine Matte, qui vous fournira tous les renseignements nécessaires à votre participation. Toutefois, si vous avez des questions d’ici là, n’hésitez pas à la contacter au : 514 284 3636, poste 222.
   
   
   • exposants standard : début mai, vous recevrez, un appel de Véronie Quinn-Chasle, qui vous allouera une heure d’entrée pour le montage de votre stand. Toutefois, si vous avez des questions d’ici là, n’hésitez pas à la contacter au : 514 284 3636, poste 229.
   
   
5. MATÉRIEL DE PRESSE
   
   Nous avons un urgent besoin de tout le matériel visuel et écrit que vous êtes en mesure de nous faire parvenir afin de vous promouvoir adéquatement dans nos relations de presse :
   
   
   • communiqués ;
   
   
   • photos (titre et nom du photographe, s’il y a lieu);
   
   
   • nouveaux produits ;
   
   
   • évènements ;
   
   
   • lancements ;
   
   
   
   Bref, tout ce que nous pouvons mettre de l’avant à votre sujet dans nos communications.

Here are the 5 mandatory steps to follow to participate in Montreal’s International Interior Design Show:

2. SECURED ACCESS: enter "sidim" as your user ID and "2010" as your password


3. APPENDIX 1
   
   
   • MANDATORY FORMS: all these forms must be completed within the applicable deadlines;
   
   
   • EXHIBITOR’S MANUAL: contains all the information you need about installation, rules and procedures and the promotional program designed to help you publicise your booth at SIDIM.
   
   
   • REGISTRATION BADGES FOR THE STAFF WHO WILL BE WORKING AT YOUR BOOTH: Your required ID code: [MEMBER]
   
   
4. INSTALLATION:
   
   
   • Turnkey projects exhibitors: towards the end of April, you will receive a call from Karine Matte who will give you all the information you need to participate in SIDIM. Should you have any question in the meantime, please feel free to contact her at: 514 284 3636, ext. 222;
   
   
   • Standard exhibitors: at the beginning of May you will receive a call from Véronie Quinn-Chasle who will give you an appointment (hour) for the installation of your booth. Should you have any question in the meantime, please feel free to contact her at: 514 284 3636, ext. 229.
   
   
5. PRESS MATERIAL
   
   We urgently need all the written and visual material you can provide us with in order to be able to adequately promote your company:
